Why don't we just have a price list?
Due to the large number of variables there are between events, it is difficult to provide a general price-list. For example, simply listing a per board price could be misleading. That's why we need to know a little about your event before we can quote.
Giving us a few straightforward details allows us to assess your requirements and means we can provide you with a comprehensive quotation with no hidden extras. We always try to be as competitive and open with our pricing as possible. We understand that final requirements can often change and we will always do our best to accommodate this provided delivery and order terms and conditions are met.
Because we hold large stocks increasing your order is rarely a problem. We can indicate what additional panels will cost once we have full details of the event. At the planning stage organisers do not always have final details of their board requirements - an approximate number is fine to get started.
Contact DetailsPlease provide us with your name and contact details. We will in the first instance contact you by email, which is our preferred method of communication. We will not contact you by telephone unless you request us to do so.
Where is you event being held?Please include a postcode and exact delivery location i.e. first floor foyer or room number. Access information and parking all help ensure that delivery and installation is carried out smoothly. If you don't know this information we may asked for it at a later stage.
The dates the event is being held on?When specifying delivery and collection dates, please include drop off and collection times. If different, also venue access times and when your event starts and finishes. This is to ensure sufficient time has been allowed for set-up and breakdown. If you do not have all these details, we may ask for them at a later stage.
Please estimate the number of boards you require.We understand that requirements change and that organisers do not always know the final number of display boards they require, particularly in the early stages of planning an event. We can work out a guide price to help with your budget. .
